We know our customers have concerns and questions during the outbreak of COVID-19, and we want to assure everyone that the Play Cafe is a safe, fun, and friendly environment for you and your family. At Play Cafe, disinfecting and cleaning is no stranger to us, as we always thoroughly disinfect our facility multiple times throughout the day - no less than daily and always after peak hours. We wipe down, disinfect and sanitize all surfaces & equipment, bathrooms and cafe tables as often as needed using CDC and FDA approved disinfectants that kill the COVID-19 strain and emerging viral pathogens. We also verify that every product we use is safe for you and your children. At Play Cafe, you can always be assured that you're getting safe and clean fun.

Beyond disinfecting and sanitizing, we also check that sick children and adults stay clear of our facility until they are feeling better. If you are feeling under the weather, stay home until better! The COVID-19 virus spreads exactly like any cold, flu or common virus we already know of, so we know how to prevent it! We know some may feel helpless in this situation, but washing your hands, keeping distance from anyone who is ill, using hand sanitizer when soap & water is not readily available (both options are always available at Play Cafe) are all steps that you can take to make a difference.

We're taking every precaution necessary and following updates from our government as well as following CDC guidelines, and we encourage our guests to view the CDC guidelines also. Below we have posted a few illustrations that will help you and your children stay safe during any viral outbreak, along with the official CDC and WHO websites to help you stay correctly updated & informed. Play Cafe plans to remain open unless we are advised otherwise by officials in the future.
